As a Coach Coordinator at our organization, your role will involve recruiting and managing a team of highly qualified coaches to ensure their performance aligns with our organizational goals. Your strong negotiation skills, excellent organizational abilities, and capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently will be key to success in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Coach Recruitment:** - Identify and source qualified coaches through online platforms, industry events, and professional networks. - Screen and evaluate potential candidates to ensure they meet the organization's standards and requirements. - Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments to select the best candidates. - **Contract Negotiation:** - Negotiate fair and competitive contracts with coaches, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Ensure all contractual obligations are clearly documented and followed. - **Performance Management:** - Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate coaching effectiveness. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Address performance issues promptly and support professional growth. - **Communication & Collaboration:** - Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and coaches. - Facilitate effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed. - Collaborate with other departments to align coaching initiatives with company goals. - **Administrative Responsibilities:** - Prepare reports and presentations for management on coach activities and performance outcomes. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, contract negotiation, and performance management, preferably in the coaching industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.,
