Co-Founder (Sales) – Talent Craft India Location: Waraseoni, Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh Equity-Based Partnership About Talent Craft India: Talent Craft India is a fast-growing edtech startup offering online skill-building courses for children aged 5 to 15, including Rubik’s Cube, Chess, Abacus, and Coding. We are on a mission to empower young minds with future-ready skills. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Co-Founder – Sales to drive business growth, lead the sales team, and scale Talent Craft India to new heights. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a hands-on approach to sales, and a passion for education. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Team Building & Management: Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. Lead Conversion & Business Growth: Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions through calls and WhatsApp. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase customer acquisition. Revenue & Target Management: Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to enhance customer retention. Process Optimization: Implement sales automation tools and CRM systems for efficiency. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably in edtech or B2C domains. Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic sales expertise. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce) and marketing platforms. Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
