Location: Bangalore | Equity-first | Onsite If you’ve spent 12-15+ years running ad ops, building campaigns, and working across Google, Meta, DV360, or affiliate networks—and now want ownership , not just execution—this is your shot. We’re offering lean pay with equity, or deeper ownership for those who’d rather build than draw . What you’ll own: • Strategy + execution across paid media • Full-stack ad ops (trafficking, tagging, measurement, optimization) • Tooling and automation (GA4, Segment, GTM, AppsFlyer, etc.) • Platform and partner relationships (Google, InMobi, DV360, etc.) What makes this different: • Start with active clients (via MOBILISE) and a live publisher testbed ( The Enterprise ) • Shape our own DOOH network and CMO community platform • Build with a product-first mindset—tools, IP, and automations, not just headcount If you’ve helped scale someone else’s media business—maybe it’s time to build yours.
