This is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to combine marketing expertise with the thrill of building an AI-driven sports-tech startup from the ground up.As a Co-Founder, you will:Own Marketing Strategy – Create and execute campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.Drive Growth – Scale downloads and subscriptions via digital ads, influencer tie-ups, university/sports academy partnerships, and viral marketing.Position the Brand – Build SportsEra as a trusted name in AI-powered fitness and sports.Leverage Data & AI Messaging – Highlight the unique AI features (diet, exercise, personalized routine) in marketing campaigns to stand out in the market.Team Building – Recruit and mentor the marketing and growth team.Strategic Leadership – Work closely with the founder on business decisions, product-market fit, and scaling strategies.RequirementsStrong expertise in digital marketing, social media growth, and community building.Hands-on experience in app marketing, user growth, and subscription-based products.Knowledge of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads), influencer tie-ups, and organic growth strategies.Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to maximize limited budgets.Excellent communication, branding, and creative problem-solving skills.Passion for sports, fitness, or health-tech.Willingness to invest ₹50,000 for 10% equity stake and take an active role as Co-Founder.What You Get10% equity ownership in SportsEra.Be part of the founding team shaping the product, brand, and growth.Work on a cutting-edge AI-driven fitness app in India’s booming health & sports industry.
