Altsweb — an early-stage AI startup working on a next-generation platform that blends AI, automation, and intelligence to transform how modern businesses operate.

Our mission is simple yet bold — to build something that helps individuals and organisations work, sell, and scale intelligently in the AI era.

It’s a founder-level partnership — an opportunity for someone who wants to build from zero, shape the tech vision, and co-own something truly meaningful.

Who I’m Looking For

I’m looking for a Technical Co-Founder (CTO) who can bring strong technical direction and execution.

Someone who thrives on creating scalable systems and enjoys solving real problems with intelligent design.

You might be the right fit if you’re:

• A hands-on builder with full-stack or backend experience.
• Experienced in AI integration, automation, or SaaS products.
• Entrepreneurial, independent, and driven by long-term vision.
• Excited to build technology that creates genuine impact — not just another app.

⚙️ What You’ll Own

• Architect and develop the core platform — backend, APIs, and automation infrastructure.
• Lead integration of AI systems and intelligent workflows.
• Manage deployment, security, and scalability from MVP to full product.
• Eventually build and lead the engineering team as we scale.

🧩 Preferred Tech Experience

• Languages: Python / Node.js / Go / TypeScript
• Frameworks: FastAPI / Django / Express / Next.js
• AI & ML: OpenAI API / LangChain / TensorFlow / Hugging Face
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP / Docker / Kubernetes
• Databases: PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis
• Automation Tools: Kafka / RabbitMQ / WebSockets
• Security: OAuth / JWT / Encryption

(You don’t need to know everything — what matters is your ability to build, adapt, and scale.)

💼 Partnership Details

• Role: Co-Founder & CTO
• Equity: Will be discussed based on contribution and involvement
• Compensation: Equity-only initially | Salary post-funding
• Ownership: Full technical direction and shared decision-making

This is an equity-based founding role, not a job.

You’ll be shaping the product, culture, and company alongside me — from day one.
