Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder located in Pune. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the company, managing daily operations, and driving business growth. Tasks include developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, leading sales initiatives, and fostering strong communication within the team and with external stakeholders. The Co-Founder will play a crucial role in shaping the company's vision and ensuring its successful execution.

Qualifications

• Leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the literary or translation industry is a plus
