Job Description

As an experienced VMC Operator, your primary role will involve operating and setting up Vertical Machining Center machines. You will be responsible for machine operation, tool setting, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and set up VMC machines based on production requirements - Load raw materials and choose appropriate tools for machining - Run CNC programs and oversee the machining process - Verify dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Gauges - Maintain machine accuracy, cleanliness, and safety standards Qualifications Required: - ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Fitter, or Mechanical field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating VMC machines - Ability to interpret and comprehend engineering drawings - Familiarity with tooling, offsets, and basic CNC programming will be advantageous In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company is offering Provident Fund benefits.
