CNC & VMC Operator

Job Description

Strong knowledge of CNC machine programming and operations.(G-code,M-code)Set-up, operate and maintain CNC machines.Proven experience operating CNC machines (minimum 1-3 years preferred).Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to perform quality checks using verniers, micrometers, ring gages, plug gages and pin gagesAbility to perform basic CNC machine operations working from blueprints, drawings and procedures. Proven experience Milling and turning Manual programming.Part setting and line balancing .Production monitoring and follwup.Set up and configure CNC machines, including loading the correct tools, fixtures, and raw materials based on the production requirements.
