As an experienced individual with a minimum of 1-5 years of industrial experience, your role will involve setting up CNC and VMC machines, verifying programming, loading materials, setting up tools, calibrating machines, ensuring quality control, troubleshooting, performing maintenance tasks, adhering to safety protocols, documenting machine settings, and collaborating with team members to optimize machining processes. Key Responsibilities: - Setting up CNC and VMC machines as per job specifications, including loading tools, fixtures, and materials - Verifying correct programming by checking tool paths, speeds, and feeds - Loading raw materials securely and installing cutting tools accurately - Performing routine checks and calibrations for machine precision - Monitoring machining processes for quality standards and making necessary adjustments - Identifying and resolving issues with machine operation and tool wear - Conducting regular maintenance tasks on machines and following safety protocols - Keeping records of machine settings, tool changes, and production data - Collaborating with supervisors, shift in charge, programmers, and team members for process optimization Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1-5 years of industrial experience In addition, the job is full-time with day, night, and rotational shifts available at the in-person work location.
