CNC & VMC Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC/VMC operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines . The ideal candidate should have experience in precision machining, tool setting, and quality control to ensure production efficiency and product accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines as per production requirements. Program Execution: Load and execute pre-written CNC programs and make minor adjustments if necessary. Tooling Setup: Install and adjust tools, cutters, and fixtures to ensure proper machining operations. Quality Inspection: Conduct measurements using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify part dimensions. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions, tool wear, and production defects. Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean. Production Efficiency: Ensure production targets are met with minimal waste and high-quality output. Documentation: Maintain logs of machine settings, output, and quality reports. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a secure work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or related field. Experience: Fresher/Experience in CNC/VMC machine operations.
