Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a CNC Setter cum Operator, preferably on
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming basics (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar controls).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and geometric tolerances.
• Proficiency in setting tools, work offsets, and fixtures.
• Good understanding of cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for different materials.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Prepare, install, and align tools, fixtures, and workpieces for machining operations.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, process sheets, and part programs.
• Adjust machine parameters, tool offsets, and cutting conditions to meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.
• Operate CNC machines to produce parts within specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues to reduce downtime.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain records of setups and production.
• Ensure proper material handling, tool management, and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation at all times.
