CNC Operator

Role Overview: As a CNC Operator, your role will involve interpreting job orders, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC 2D programming to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Additionally, you will be modifying existing programs, setting up and operating CNC machines, and selecting appropriate tools to optimize machining processes. Your attention to detail and experience with measuring instruments will be essential in maintaining safe operations and troubleshooting any machining issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret job orders, drawings, and specifications - Develop and optimize CNC 2D programming - Modify existing programs to improve efficiency - Set up and operate CNC machines (Turning/VMC/HMC) - Select appropriate tools for machining processes - Use measuring instruments for quality control - Adhere to safety procedures and regulations - Maintain a clean and organized workplace (5'S) - Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues - Perform routine machine maintenance tasks Qualifications Required: - Prior experience as a CNC Operator - Proficiency in interpreting job orders and drawings - Knowledge of CNC 2D programming - Familiarity with CNC machine operation and tool selection - Ability to use measuring instruments - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations - Experience in troubleshooting machining issues - Basic machine maintenance skills Please note that the company offers health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund benefits.
