Qualification: ITI Fresher , ITI Mechanical , 12th We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machinery and be capable of setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC equipment. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, writing and modifying CNC Machines, and ensuring that produced parts meet strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machinery, including CNC, VMC & Surface Grinder machines, lathes, presses, etc, to ensure smooth production flow. Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code and M-code, ensuring programs are efficient and accurate. Set up machines according to specifications and production requirements, including selecting and installing tools and fixtures. Conduct regular inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. Adjust machine settings and parameters as necessary to maintain product quality and meet specifications. Document production data, including quantities produced, machine performance, and quality results. Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. Report any significant machine malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor. Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate production activities and address any operational issues. Assist in training new employees on machine operation and safety procedures. Lead and supervise a team of production workers to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
