Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Vadodara for a CNC Machine Shop Manufacturing Manager. The role involves overseeing daily operations in the machine shop, ensuring production goals are met, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing manufacturing processes. The manager will lead the team, ensure compliance with safety protocols, coordinate schedules, and manage inventory and resources efficiently. Additional responsibilities include setting operational targets and working closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Financial Statements, Finance, and Financial Reporting
• Expertise in Cost Accounting and Analytical Skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CNC machine operations and manufacturing processes is a plus
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
