CNC Machine Operator Trainee

As a CNC Machine Operator, your role involves setting up and operating CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish various materials like wood, plastic, metal, or composites used in interior production. You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to ensure precision and accuracy in production. Your key responsibilities will include: - Loading raw materials and conducting routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance - Monitoring machine operations to maintain production standards and tolerances - Performing quality checks using measuring tools and adjusting machine settings as needed - Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues to prevent production delays - Maintaining a clean and organized workstation while following safety protocols Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the design and production team to streamline workflows and meet production deadlines.
