Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Machine Setup: Calibrating and setting up machines, loading tools, fixtures, and raw materials (like metal or plastic).
Programming: Inputting or running pre-written programs (G-code) for operations like milling, drilling, and turning.
Operation & Monitoring: Running the machine, adjusting settings (offsets, wear) for accuracy, and ensuring smooth production.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts using measuring tools to check against blueprints and specifications, making corrections as needed.
Maintenance: Performing daily cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to keep machines running optimally.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues like tool wear, programming errors, or mechanical malfunctions.
Safety & Documentation: Adhering to all safety rules, maintaining a clean work area, and keeping detailed production logs.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong understanding of math (geometry, dimensions) and mechanics.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with specific CNC machines (Lathe, Mill, VMC, HMC).
Basic computer and software skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
