CNC Machine Operator

As a CNC Machine Operator, your role will involve setting up and operating CNC machines such as Lathe, VMC, HMC, and Milling machines according to job requirements. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings, job orders, and specifications to ensure accurate production. Your key responsibilities will include: - Loading raw materials and tools into the machines - Adjusting machine settings, offsets, and cutting tools to meet required tolerances - Monitoring machine operations to ensure accuracy, surface finish, and quality - Conducting first-piece inspection, in-process checks, and final quality checks - Identifying and troubleshooting issues related to machines, tooling, or programs - Maintaining tools, fixtures, and equipment in good working condition - Following safety protocols, shop-floor discipline, and 5S standards - Recording daily production data, tool usage, and machine maintenance logs - Collaborating with supervisors and engineers to enhance cycle time and productivity In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be required to work full-time on-site at the designated work location.,
