Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, routers) to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, or turning. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine machine setup and operation. Set up tools and materials onto machines and perform trial runs to ensure proper functioning. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to control the quality of output. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Perform routine maintenance on machines (cleaning, lubrication, basic troubleshooting). Record production data, machine settings, and quality control results. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies. Collaborate with engineers, quality control staff, and supervisors to resolve any production issues. CNC Machine Operation Certification (Optional but preferred). Basic knowledge of 5S, TPM, or ISO standards is an advantage. Work Conditions: Standing for long periods. Working near machinery, with noise and dust (PPE provided). Rotational shifts or fixed shift schedules depending on company policy.
