Job Description Responsible for administration and support of integration components for E1 JDE E1 installation (Database, Deployment Server, Enterprise Server, BSSV, Server Manager and Web servers) Application Upgrade 9.1 and 9.2 with latest tools release •ESU/ASU/Software Update Installation •Package build and deployments •User Security related task •Performing administration activities on Server Manager •Managing Third Party E1 Job Scheduler •Troubleshooting CNC related issues •BSSV Server Installation and Management •Tools Upgrade Expertise •JDE Application Upgrade Expertise •AIS Installation and Configuration •Printer Configuration •FAT Client installation and Troubleshooting •OCM Configuration and Management •Server Manager Installation and Upgrade •Deployment Server Configuration •New Custom Path code and Environment Setup •Adding New Server to Existing Environment Provides training and mentoring to other CNC administrators. All types of installation of JDE and Performance tunning Technical Skills E1 JDEDWARDS, AWS, Azure Cloud certifications Change management, Version Control Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, SVN Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux, Windows. Responsibilities Primary responsibility for the support and maintenance of JD Edwards environments. This position requires the individual to possess the ability to work in highly diverse and integrated hardware/software environments. The position involves being called on as a Primary and Secondary CNC administrator for JDE EnterpriseOne. The ideal candidate should be a skilled JDE EnterpriseOne CNC who thrives on managing EnterpriseOne, has excellent communication skills, works well both as an individual contributor and as a team player, and can multi-task. This individual excels at delivering quality managed services. There are typical day-to-day CNC activities that include tasks such as package builds, EPS release, Vertex release, user id creation, environment configuration/management, monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshoot/resolve system issues. Support and maintain EnterpriseOne environments considering customer business requirements and applying best practices and standard operating procedures for health and stability of EnterpriseOne systems. JD Edwards installation / upgrade, Service Pack / Tools Upgrade, Server manager Setup , Server manager Troubleshooting, Foundation/Path code, Server Mapping, environments, Basic E1 security (adding roles, create users, password reset), ESUs and ASU’s, OMW, OMC, •Dispersing tickets, Monitoring Ticketing System, Handle Incoming Alerts and escalate as needed, Follow Documentation/SOPs, Execute SOPs , Check on status of Oracle SRs, E1 System Administration, OMW, Data Dictionary, Media Objects, System Tables, Server Mappings, Control Tables, Data Browser, Job Queues, E1 Security, Defining Users and Roles, Sign-on Security, Other Application Options (QSoft).
