Job Title: Campus Accountant

Department: Finance / Accounts
Location: Campus
Reports To: Finance Manager / Campus Director

Role Purpose

To manage and monitor all financial transactions at the campus level, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to the central finance department.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s in Commerce

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance; educational institution experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems.
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).

Fees Collection & Student Accounts (added/expanded)

• Manage end-to-end student fee processes: billing, sending fee notices, collecting fees (cash, cheque, card, bank transfer, online payment gateway).
• Issue official fee receipts and maintain student fee ledgers.
• Reconcile daily fee collections against bank statements and payment gateway reports.
• Handle fee-related queries, installment plans, scholarship adjustments, concessions, and refunds.
• Prepare monthly MIS on fee collection, outstanding dues, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with Admissions/Registrar for fee-related documentation and enrollment hold/lift actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
