The CMM Operator (Hexagon Machine) is responsible for operating and programming Hexagon CMMs to perform precision dimensional inspection of components. The role involves reading engineering drawings, working with GD&T, preparing inspection reports, and ensuring compliance with customer and internal quality standards.
-Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die or relevant field).
-1–5 years of experience in CMM operations, preferably Hexagon brand.
- Hands-on experience with PC-DMIS (Essential).
- Strong understanding of GD&T and precision measurement techniques.
- Ability to analyze inspection data and troubleshoot dimensional issues.
