Role & responsibilities Responsible for developing offline CMM Programming and execution in PCDMIS software. Continuous shop floor support for FAI, Trouble shooting, Continuous improvement and for production parts in CMM inspection. Carry out programming related activity for example: CMM program collision detection, Validation, SOP. Knowledge of OMM and Equator machine. Knowledge of machining of aerospace components Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, Steel, Forging ranging from smaller to larger parts. Strong knowledge of engineering, engineering drawing, manufacturing process, requirement for aerospace industry and GD&T. Attending cross functional team meeting to define inspection technique. Good communication skills, to interact with cross functional teams during new product development.
