Job Description

JOB PROFILE: 1. Ready to travel all over India for demonstration, installation, service & calibration of CMM, 3D scanner, VMM & profile projector 2. Ready to travel in short notice if customer urgency. 3. Ready to travel 20-25 days in month. (maximum 1 week continue travel plan). 4. Must have own two wheeler to travel local visits in Pune area. 5. Must have CMM operating knowledge. 6. Good understanding & working knowledge of CMM, 3D scanner, VMM & profile projector. 7. The ability to lift and carry a tools & calibration kit. 8. Visit to customers place for demonstration, trouble shooting, maintenance, repair, Installation, and calibration of CMM, 3D scanner, VMM & profile projector. 9. Visit to customers for breakdown visit in short notice. 10. Online support to customers. 11. Maintaining communication with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. 12. Maintaining the service records such as service report, AMC visit calendar, calibration certificates etc. 13. Maintaining tools, Masters and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated. 14. Identify the opportunities for the service contracts, service and upgrades. 15. Prepare and send quotation to customers for AMC & service. 16. Maintain the spares stock & spares used history.
