Job Title: CMA Industrial Trainee (15 Months)

CMA Industrial Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and month-end closures.
• Perform account reconciliations, ledger reviews, and validation of financial data.
• Conduct research on financial policies, cost management trends, and industry benchmarks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for audits, process enhancements, and compliance tasks.
• Manage ad-hoc finance assignments and special projects as required.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CMA Industrial Trainee (CMA Intermediate cleared).
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, cost accounting, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of analytical and financial tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience in finance, accounting, cost accounting, or taxation.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
