Role Overview: As a qualified Coast & Management Accountant (CMA) at our company, you will be an integral part of the team, providing crucial support to auditors and accountants with essential accounting functions. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around preparing invoices, financial reports, and assisting in various bookkeeping tasks. A deep understanding of accounting principles will be key to excelling in this role, where you will report directly to an Accounting manager. Key Responsibilities: - Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks for clients - Conduct book closure activities - Prepare MIS reports - Reconcile financial data - Interact with clients to address their needs - Solve accounting-related problems effectively - Monitor and analyze accounting information - Generate financial reports - Implement proper accounting methods - Coordinate annual audits - Continuously enhance systems and procedures Qualifications Required: - Must be a qualified Coast & Management Accountant (CMA) - Proficiency in accounting principles and practices - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to oversee staff and assign projects - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Additional Details: The work schedule for this position is from Monday to Friday, with day shift and fixed timings.
