Roles and Responsibilities: Manage a cluster of 8 to 10 VDCs as Profit Centres Lead, motivate and manage a cross functional team of medical, non-medical and managerial staff to deliver seamless service & maximum customer satisfaction Spearhead internal operational compliance and external statutory compliance efforts for the Centre’s to ensure 100% compliant Centre’s within the cluster Responsible for Centre Hygiene, upkeep of infrastructure and carrying out operational audits to ensure agreed benchmarks are met Monitor employee competency levels and arrange interventions (as necessary) in discussion with vertical heads and corporate level training team Responsible for all statutory compliances of Branch - Trade License, Medical Establishment Registration, AERB compliance, Safety Radiation protocols, complete compliance to PNDT ACT, State Medical Council Shops and Establishment Act, Labour Laws, Pollution control Board, Bio Medical Wastage compliance, Fire Safety etc Monitor and responsible for Asset maintenance and its movement for all his/her branches Responsible for General waste, Pest Control and biohazard waste management. Also to ensure that both Pest Control & Biomedical waste slips are acknowledged by the branch manager themselves before they submit to the corporate office for Payment Responsible for maintenance of all legal documents in both forms Hardcopy and Scanned copy – Consent Forms (CT/MRI, Special X-Ray procedures, TMT, Special Lab procedures etc..) and PNDT Form F for all his/her branches To take up the issues very confidentially on ASH, and update the HR About the same Also to ensure all the Electricity board requirements with related to Transformers are met and maintained – For eg. Fire buckets and Rubber mats near the Transformers for his/her cluster Any Maintenance related concerns or Biomedical related concerns – If they are pending more than 48hrs then it needs to be escalated directly to Madam with a copy to your Cluster heads Ensure branches in his/her cluster are compliant to audit and finance norms Apart From the above the position holds such responsibilities that are assigned in due course.
