We are Hiring Cluster Manager for Vibgyor -Head Office Mumbai Responsibilities Ensure to complete all task as per the respective calendar in the cluster. Ensure readiness of Schools (sports and events) Audit, Handholding & Mentoring of Team. Ensure all Tours, including sports, are conducted as per the calendar. Guide the SPA Coordinators to finalise SPA Base Timetable. Guide the SPA Coordinators for SPA allotment. Guide SPA Coordinator to plan & prepare the Event Calendar Guide SPA Coordinator to plan & prepare the Department Calendar Conduct regular Audits across Schools Induction and Training Surprise Checks Requirements Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sports industry Graduation/Post Graduation in Sports Management Should have knowledge about Ms Office, Excel, PowerPoint Willing to travel to schools Knowledge about Business Development in sports industry
