We are hiring for Bancassurance channel- HDFC - Branch Banking/Axis/Equita About the job Please refer below details for same: CTC: 12 LPA minimum Job Role : The Candidate will be assigned or tagged under 2 to 3 Branches of Bank. The candidate should work along with the Branch Manager and Team members of Bank and promote the Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance product for the Customers of Bank.. The candidate prime responsibility should build good relationship with the Branch Managers and Team members of the Assigned Branches and generate maximum lead from the branches assigned and take it to closure and generate maximum revenue for BSLI. Need to visit all the assigned branches under him on daily basis. Must Criteria : Should be having min 5 year of Life Insurance experience/ cross selling experience of Insurance sales /Banking/Financial Services sales experience and atleast 2 Years Team Management. Age : 24- 35 Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka Analyze the customer segmentation, sales trends in terms of demographics, geography, characteristics etc. to assess the potential for business Conduct trainings at the branch for all banking partners around regulatory guidelines and products. Plan for activation of branches through R&R activities to increase the penetration in active branches to realize full potential of the bank partner in the given geography Relationship Management Drive the campaign/contest for the Partner Bank to drive sales in profitable segments. Assist banking partners in pitching product to crucial customers & driving sales closure for the same. Identify cross sell opportunities for existing customers New Acquisition Banking Partners Gather market information of potential partner, analyze partners profile and customer mix to identify best product fitment from portfolio, assess profitability & viability assessment of partnership Schedule meetings with prospective banking clients and brief them about products/ offer them lucrative products in coordination with the Vertical Head Service Orientation Engage with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of work across channels and deliver desired productivity including everyday servicing and policy issuance etc. Gather relevant documents from customer post sales and submit the same to operations team; gather additional data/documents as required Resolve operational issues faced by the partners to ensure smooth experience while working Provide support for cancellation requests, policy endorsements; process & track such requests in coordination with internal ops team ; Ensure ease of process & approvals for partners by coordinating with internal Ops team Support partners to register claims on behalf of customers, coordinate to ensure approvals within agreed timelines.
