Cluster Manager

Job Description: As the incumbent, your role will involve driving sales activities and implementing strategies to enhance volume and profit. You will be responsible for tracking sales and productivity while ensuring effective inventory management for the concept in the territory. This includes tasks such as order management, stock consolidation, and optimizing stock utilization. Additionally, you will review and analyze complex problems related to stock and sales, making informed business decisions. It will be your duty to manage pricing of merchandise according to prescribed matrix and provide monthly feedback on sales and stock positions. Moreover, you will strategize concept expansion in the territory, oversee completion of new projects, and identify suitable locations for stores based on required processes and quality standards. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring VM implementation, SOP adherence, stock transfer, and managing petty cash approvals and repairs/maintenance. In terms of people management, you will maintain regular communication with staff, oversee welfare activities, and conduct basic induction formalities for new employees. You will train and monitor store managers, manage their performance, and provide direction to the team. Additionally, you will be involved in hiring, training, and evaluating staff, as well as managing employees" incentives and attendance approvals. On the financial front, you will be responsible for cost control, petty cash approvals, and rent negotiations to ensure efficient financial management.
