Job Description

The Cluster Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing partnerships, and ensuring smooth coordination between Aditya Birla Health Insurance and HDFC Bank branches within the assigned cluster. This role focuses on meeting business targets, training bank staff, and enhancing customer experience in the Banca (bancassurance) channel. Requirements: Good communication Currently in team management role Good understanding in data analytics Job Stability Good presentation skills Key Responsibilities: Drive health insurance sales through HDFC Bank branches in the assigned cluster. Achieve sales targets and monitor performance metrics. Build strong relationships with HDFC Bank branch staff and leadership. Manage and guide a team of Frontline Sales Managers. Conduct training sessions for bank staff on ABHI products and processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. Provide timely reports and market insights to management.
