Job Description

Fire Safety Leadership & Compliance
Lead and oversee all fire safety operations across Mindspace assets, ensuring strict adherence to statutory requirements, NBC codes, and industry best practices.
Policies, Procedures & Risk Management
Develop, implement, and periodically update fire safety policies, emergency response plans, and comprehensive fire risk assessments.
Systems Maintenance & Readiness
Supervise the maintenance, inspection, and routine testing of all fire protection and detection systems, including alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, and hydrants, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance.
Training, Drills & Awareness
Plan and conduct fire drills, structured training programs, and awareness sessions for employees, tenants, and contractors to enhance preparedness and response capabilities.
Incident Management
Investigate fire-related incidents, prepare detailed reports, and lead the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
Regulatory & Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with local fire authorities, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with compliance standards and operational requirements.
Technical Support for Projects
Provide expert fire safety inputs during new project designs, refurbishments, and tenant fit-outs, ensuring risk mitigation and adherence to fire safety norms.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management
Lead and mentor a team of fire safety professionals; manage external vendors involved in fire systems maintenance, auditing, and training.
Training Program Development
Design and deliver fire safety training modules, including advanced Train-the-Trainer programs and competency evaluation frameworks.
Budgeting & Resource Planning
Plan, monitor, and manage budgets related to fire safety programs, system maintenance, staffing, and training initiatives.
