Core Responsibilities: Strategic Business Planning & Vision : Lead and drive the strategic planning process, creating innovative business strategies to drive sustainable growth across various business units. Business Operations & Excellence : Oversee operations, ensuring continuous improvement, right-sizing of business operations, and optimizing P&L scenarios. New Project Set-ups : Take charge of establishing new businesses, setting up key projects, and ensuring successful market penetration. Client/Stakeholder Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and government bodies to ensure the successful execution of projects. Leadership & Team Development : Lead and mentor high-performing multi-cultural teams of up to 100+ members. Provide guidance to ensure excellence in project delivery, team morale, and low attrition. Process Transformation & Improvement : Spearhead process enhancement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and developing solutions to improve process efficiencies and reduce operational risks. Risk Assessment & Business Continuity : Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard business operations. Skill Development & Training Programs : Implement and manage skill development programs aimed at empowering employees and local communities, ensuring long-term success in business. Key Skills & Expertise: Strategic Business Leadership : Demonstrated ability in achieving business growth, crafting and executing strategies, and transforming operational practices. Industry Knowledge : Expertise in Social Sector , Training and Development , Leadership Development , and Agriculture Industry . Project & Operations Management : Ability to handle large-scale projects and complex business operations, focusing on efficiency, team development, and quality standards. Innovation & Process Optimization : Proven track record in leading transformation projects, optimizing operational processes, and enhancing systems for better performance. Stakeholder Engagement : Strong track record in dealing with high-level stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, and international organizations. Cross-Functional Leadership : Leadership experience across various sectors and domains, including Regenerative Agriculture , Corporate Social Responsibility , Education & Training , and Financial Services . Qualifications & Experience: Education : Any Graduate Professional Experience : Over 10 years of experience in leadership roles across multi-functional business operations, including Business Operations , Client Relationship Management , Process Improvement , and Project Development . Desirable Attributes: Proven strategic thinker with an ability to adapt to ever-changing business environments. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. A natural leader , skilled at mentoring and inspiring teams to achieve business goals.
