Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Business Manager located in Indore. The Cluster Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and distribution activities within the assigned cluster. This includes strategizing, executing sales plans, managing relationships with FLS & customers, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills. Experience in Direct Sales , Agency or Bancassurance. Ability to strategize and execute sales plans. Excellent relationship management skills. Knowledge of insurance products and regulations. Leadership and team management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Certifications in insurance or sales management would be beneficial.
