Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Role Cluster Business Manager Product Small Ticket Loan Against Property Vertical Sales Grade Based on previous experience Reporting To Regional Business Manager Remuneration Best in the industry, commensurate with his qualifications and experience Location Trichy Key Responsibility Areas: Develop & drive the business operational plan and strategy for aggressive growth in the ST - LAP Create working plan for volume scale up with profitability for meeting defined targets To act as a productive resource by meeting targets Demonstrate sound knowledge of systems, processes, and business and financial modelling. Must Haves: Small Ticket LAP Sales through Direct Channels & Connectors by Lead generation, Open Market Candidates with Experience in Small ticket LAP sales or Small Ticket Home loan or Affordable housing only Education: Have a minimum qualification of Graduate and above Requirements: Candidate should have 8+ yrs exp in Selling Small Ticket LAP or HL or Secured PL/BL Candidate age should be between 30-35 years Good Communication skills in Local language and basic System Knowledge
