Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Club Manager located in Chandigarh, Punjab. The Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gym, managing staff, ensuring member satisfaction, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all members. Qualifications Experience in fitness club management, operations, and staff supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of fitness programs and equipment Customer service-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Certification in fitness training or related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
