Position: Club Manager Job Location: Ludhiana Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the club, ensuring smooth functioning and high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee staff performance, providing guidance and training to improve service quality. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through effective pricing plans and membership drives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment. Collaborate with other departments (F&B, Events) to create seamless experiences for members. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field. Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
