Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic PMO professional with strong expertise in Cloud Operations, BizOps, and Agile methodologies . The ideal candidate will drive cloud governance, business operations, and project execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Project & Program Management Drive Cloud Operations (CloudOps) and BizOps initiatives with a focus on efficiency and cost optimization. Implement and manage Agile-based project governance frameworks. Define KPIs & OKRs to measure the success of cloud and business operations. Collaborate with cloud engineering, DevOps, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Cloud Operations & Governance Oversee cloud service management and operational efficiency across AWS, Azure, or GCP . Ensure adherence to FinOps best practices for cloud cost optimization. Drive automation and standardization of cloud operations using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes . Implement security and compliance frameworks for cloud environments. BizOps & Process Optimization Align cloud investments with business goals and financial outcomes. Develop and track operational insights for better decision-making. Automate business operations using AI-driven analytics. Work closely with finance, procurement, and IT teams for cost-effective cloud operations. Agile & Stakeholder Management Facilitate Agile adoption across teams, ensuring best practices in Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban . Conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies. Drive change management and process improvements. Work with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and reports. Required Skills & Experience: Cloud Operations: Strong understanding of CloudOps, FinOps, and security frameworks . BizOps & Financial Management: Experience in aligning cloud costs with business goals. Project & Agile Management: Expertise in JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, and Agile frameworks . Automation & Tooling: Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and cloud monitoring tools . Stakeholder Management: Experience working with leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Preferred Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Certified Cloud Practitioner or Architect SAFe Agile, PMP, or PRINCE2 Certification FinOps Certified Practitioner Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
