Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Support Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot cloud-based systems and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of cloud infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with security and data management policies.
Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
