Educational Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or Engineering Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification - mandatory. Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert) - highly desirable. ITIL Foundation and FinOps Certified Practitioner certifications - highly desirable. 2. Skills & Experience: Extensive experience 9-15 Years(10+ years) in managing and supporting enterprise-level cloud environments across multiple platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Cloud Platform Managed Services. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation projects. Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure components, including networking, storage, compute, security, and databases. Expertise in cloud automation, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code concepts and tools(Terraform, Poweshell. Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building abilities. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage technical teams while driving high performance and collaboration. Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Good verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with technical and business stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to address technical challenges and develop solutions.
