Must have skills : Enterprise Network Operations Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Graduate Summary :As a Cloud Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for performing capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments. Your typical day will involve working with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure smooth operations of enterprise network infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments. Ensure smooth operations of enterprise network infrastructure, including monitoring and troubleshooting network issues. Maintain and update network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and inventory. Provide technical support to end-users, including resolving network-related issues and providing guidance on network best practices. Stay updated with the latest advancements in enterprise network operations, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of enterprise network operations. Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as SolarWinds or Wireshark. Experience with network documentation tools such as Visio or Lucidchart. Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS. Solid grasp of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise network operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful network solutions.
