Project Role : Cloud Operations Administrator Project Role Description : Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments. Must have skills : Infrastructure Service Management Good to have skills : Network Infrastructures Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Cloud Operations Administrator, you will work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments. You will ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency in cloud services. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to manage capacity and optimize costs in cloud environments. Perform billing and show back operations to ensure accurate cost allocation. Monitor and analyze cloud usage to identify opportunities for cost optimization. Implement best practices for cloud resource management and cost control. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud services. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Network Infrastructures. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies. Knowledge of cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with cloud cost management tools and techniques. Experience in capacity planning and resource optimization in cloud environments. Performs support tasks within a project. Analyzes the key data issues, patterns and trends to identify their implications. Good Understanding of L2/L3 IP Protocol i.e. OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and VRF Hands-on experience of multivendor/technology environment in Viptela SD-WA, Cisco SD Access, Cisco DNA and ISE Expertise in Deployment of SD-WAN & SDA Access Solution and Migration of Old Cisco legacy to SD WAN /SDA. Understand WAN/LAN and transport technologies (Ethernet, Frame Relay, DMVPN, WAAS, and MPLS) Experience with network automation using Ansible or other orchestration tools , Strong understanding of Cisco TAC supportprocess and experience with troubleshooting and incident management with Cisco tac support Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
