Cloud Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to manage, support, and enhance our cloud-based infrastructure and virtual environments. You will ensure system availability, performance, and security while working closely with global ICT teams and contributing to ongoing improvements and digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 4-5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and system support
• Prior experience with complex IT environments and tools

Key Skills Required:

• Mandatory:
• VMware Virtualization, vSAN, vSphere administration
• Windows Server (Wintel) systems
• Advanced troubleshooting in virtual environments
• Cloud & Infrastructure:
• Microsoft Azure and Active Directory
• O365 platform
• Linux/Unix environments
• Server tools (SCCM, Citrix, Exchange, Terminal Services)
• Tools & Practices:
• PowerShell scripting
• Incident management and ITIL framework
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• General:
• High availability systems support
• Security best practices
• Experience in multi-region, enterprise environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 L2/L3 technical support for global cloud infrastructure
• Administer and maintain VMware, Wintel, and associated systems
• Monitor systems to ensure high availability and performance
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure issues
• Implement and document network, security, and system standards
• Support cloud-based projects and deployments
• Train internal teams and share technical knowledge
• Maintain documentation and follow ITIL best practices
• Ensure compliance with licensing, data protection, and IT security policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
