Cloud Engineer / Application Engineer

As a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer/Cloud Architect, your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on GCP/Azure using tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes (K8s). You will also be responsible for developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment. Ensuring that cloud systems are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and aligned with architecture best practices will be crucial in this role. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on GCP/Azure using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes (K8s). - Developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment. - Ensuring cloud systems are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and aligned with architecture best practices. In the realm of Application & Integration Engineering, you will be developing and implementing API design, API security standards, and REST-based integrations. Additionally, working on application modernization and cloud-native development initiatives will be part of your responsibilities. Implementing best practices for application integrations across platforms will also be key. Your qualifications should include: - Strong hands-on experience with GCP/Azure DevOps, Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, and cloud automation. - Expertise in CI/CD, build pipelines, and DevOps tools. - Deep understanding of API design, authentication, authorization, and RESTful services. - Strong foundation in system design, distributed systems, and cloud architecture. - Experience with Python, Java, C#, or GoLang for cloud and backend development. - Knowledge of React and web development technologies. - Strong SQL and data engineering experience. - Proven ability in team leadership, project management, or delivery leadership. In terms of leadership and delivery, you will be leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver projects within timelines and quality standards. Mentoring junior engineers and driving technical excellence within the team will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, supporting project planning, estimation, and delivery management activities will be crucial in this role.,
