Role & responsibilities • Experience on ITSM processes like Incident, change and problem management Escalation processes. Documentation of technical runbooks and RCA. Working knowledge on JIRA / Service Now / Remedy. 3-5 years of professional experience working on Azure cloud Platform (any public cloud is also ok but microservice based application experience is must). Production experience of containers and container orchestration tools (Docker/Kubernetes/Helm/FluxCD). Experience in working with enterprise scale applications, API Gateways, high availability architectures, load balancing & disaster recovery. Knowledge of application and cloud security (HTTP, TLS, certificate management).
