Description
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience, with strong communication skills. Over 7 years of IT industry experience, with substantial expertise as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer. In-depth experience with development, configuration, and maintenance of cloud services using AWS. Strong experience using AWS services including Compute, Storage, Network, RDS, Security, and Serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge. Experience with automated deployment tools and the principles of CI/CD using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions/Runners, CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform, and Helm. Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, and AWS Batch. Solid understanding of cloud design, networking concepts, and security best practices. Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and AWS SSM. Proficient in using Git with a good understanding of branching, Git flows, and release management. Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or similar, including virtual environment packaging. Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Identity Management solutions such as SSO, SAML, and OpenID Connect. A solid understanding of application architectures, including cloud-native approaches to infrastructure. Experience with testing tools like SonarQube, Cucumber, and Pytest. Experience in creating and running various types of tests including unit tests, integration tests, system tests, and acceptance tests to ensure software and systems function correctly.
