Cloud Associate - Customer Engineering

Role Overview: As a customer engineer, you will serve as a technical solutions architect with a strong business acumen. Your primary role will involve acting as a liaison between customers and internal sales & engineering teams to deliver effective solutions. You will oversee the implementation process by the engineering teams while ensuring robust solutions are provided. Alongside possessing excellent communication, documentation, presentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, you must develop a T-shaped skill set encompassing core technical/functional expertise and the ability to work across various related areas. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify clients" business and technical requirements. - Design efficient solutions based on the identified client needs. - Document solutions using a "Statement of Work" template, which includes solution architecture, scope, effort estimates, and project plans. - Showcase the value proposition of solutions and underlying platforms through whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstrations, and white papers. - Empower clients and stakeholders through technology advocacy, briefings, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). - Travel to customer sites, conferences, and relevant events as required. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or relevant practical experience.
