Cloud Associate - Customer Engineering

As a Customer Engineer, you will play a vital role as a technical solutions architect with a strong business acumen. Your main responsibility will be to act as a liaison between customers and internal sales & engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of robust solutions and overseeing their implementation. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication, documentation, presentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. You will also need to develop a T-shaped skill set, showcasing expertise in a core technical/functional area while being able to work across various related areas. Responsibilities: - Conduct discovery sessions to identify clients" business and technical requirements. - Design effective solutions based on the identified requirements. - Document solutions using a "Statement of Work" template, detailing solution architecture, scope, effort estimates, and project plan. - Present the value proposition of solutions and underlying platforms through whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstrations, and white papers. - Enable clients and stakeholders through technology advocacy, briefings, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). - Travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events as required. Skills Required: - Programming: Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Database: SQL (MySQL, Oracle, etc.) and/or NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.). - Productivity Tools: Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, etc. - Dashboarding: Looker/Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI. - Fundamentals: Statistics, Data/dimensional Modeling, Data Quality. - Problem Solving, Communication/Presentation, Documentation, Collaboration. AI Skills Required: - Computation Libraries: numpy, pandas, matplotlib, etc. - ML Libraries/Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn. - ML Ops/Platforms: Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, Kube Flow. - Generative AI: NLP/LLMs, Image Models, etc. (an additional advantage). - Working knowledge of cleansing and preprocessing datasets/tables. Qualification: - Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, BBA/MBA, or related practical experience.,
