Sales Closing Team Leader (TL)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of closing executives to achieve monthly sales & revenue targets.
  • Handle high-intent clients, conduct site visits, present project details, and drive negotiations.
  • Monitor team productivity, track KPIs, and ensure strong follow-ups for conversions.
  • Coordinate with developers for pricing, inventory, and project updates.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy during bookings and handover to post-sales teams.
  • Train the team on objection handling, client communication, and sales presentation.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management.

Skills Required:

  • Strong sales closing abilities with real estate experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Leadership qualities to mentor & guide the closing team.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining conversion efficiency.

Eligibility:

  • Real estate closing experience is mandatory.
  • Undergraduates can apply.

  • Local market knowledge of KDMC & Navi Mumbai preferred.
