Clinical System Training Specialist

As a Clinical Systems Training Specialist at this company, you will play a vital role in supporting the creation, maintenance, and delivery of high-quality training materials for Veeva Clinical systems. Your expertise in e-learning / instructional design tools, video editing, SharePoint content management, and Veeva Clinical applications will be essential for the success of this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the development of engaging training content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Natural Reader, and similar platforms. - Create and maintain quick reference guides, training videos, FAQs, and workflows for all applicable Veeva Clinical systems. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate system processes into clear, interactive training materials. - Develop system process workflows using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to enhance the learning experience. - Record, edit, and produce professional-quality training videos and voiceovers. - Update and manage SharePoint training sites/pages, including formatting content and uploading new material. - Assist in the development and rollout of training courses for both internal employees and external stakeholders. - Manage a training calendar, track content updates, and maintain version control of all training assets. - Continuously review and enhance training materials based on user feedback and system updates. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience using Veeva Clinical platform is preferred. - Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Visio, and SharePoint will be advantageous. - L&D qualification is strongly regarded, although not mandatory. - A good understanding of clinical research processes and terminology is essential for this role.
