Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for elderly clients. Develop personalized care and therapy plans to address emotional, cognitive, and behavioural concerns. Provide individual and group counselling sessions. Facilitate mental wellness workshops and cognitive stimulation activities. Collaborate with caregivers, doctors, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care. Offer family counselling to help loved ones understand and support seniors’ mental health needs. Maintain detailed records of patient progress and care plans. Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in geriatric psychology. Qualifications: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology (Clinical or Counselling specialization preferred). Licensed or certified to practice psychology. Experience working with senior citizens or in a healthcare setting is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathy, patience, and a passion for improving elderly well-being.
